The context

Project overview

Tabeer develops residential properties in Dubai. Its website needs to introduce the developer while giving each address enough space to communicate its own setting, architecture and lifestyle. Our design and development work brings those two levels together: a considered brand introduction followed by a structured residential collection.

Project purpose

Help prospective buyers move from an impression of the brand to an informed conversation about a specific development, without losing the visual character of the architecture along the way.

Business needs addressed

  • Present the developer and its residential collection within one coherent identity.
  • Organise project imagery, amenities and location information into an understandable sequence.
  • Give visitors clear routes to project enquiries and company contact details.

The design challenge

What the experience needed to solve.

Property websites carry both emotional and practical information. Large architectural visuals create interest, but buyers also need to understand what distinguishes one development from another. The design challenge was to accommodate immersive presentation without burying project information beneath it.

Our solution

Design and development, together.

We shaped the experience around a progression from brand story to collection to individual development. Consistent type, restrained colour and generous imagery establish continuity, while project pages introduce more detailed content in separate, scannable sections. The result lets an individual property retain its identity within the wider Tabeer portfolio.

Inside the website

Features with a purpose.

Residential collection

A dedicated collection introduces developments including 368 Park Lane, Parkside Boulevard, 99 Parkplace and 48 Parkside, with routes into their individual stories.

Project exploration

Development pages combine architectural imagery, location context and amenities, so the presentation supports practical research as well as visual discovery.

Organised visual galleries

Image categories on project pages separate exterior, interior and amenity views, giving visitors a more purposeful way to browse the development.

Enquiry and brand content

Project contact routes sit alongside the wider developer story and news, supporting visitors at different stages of their property search.

User experience

A journey built around the audience.

The visual hierarchy changes as the visitor moves deeper: the brand introduction is spacious and atmospheric, while the project layer is more descriptive. Keeping project names, section labels and enquiry actions recognisable helps visitors maintain context through an image-led journey.

Across screen sizes

A considered mobile experience.

The narrow-screen presentation concentrates attention on one content block at a time. Property imagery is reframed for the viewport, with text and contact actions following a vertical reading order rather than relying on the wide desktop composition.

The delivered result

Project outcome

Tabeer has a connected digital presentation for its brand and residential developments. The website gives prospective buyers a way to explore an address in context and continue to an enquiry, with architecture and project information working together.

Explore the project

Project visuals show the client’s website and published imagery. Product claims and customer feedback on those websites belong to the respective businesses.
