Purpose of this website
This website presents our agency, services and selected design and development work. It provides a way to explore projects and contact us about a possible engagement. Information on the site is general and does not constitute a binding quotation, an offer to deliver a particular scope or a guarantee of business results.
Project enquiries and agreements
Submitting an enquiry sends your message to 1XTECHS for review; it does not reserve availability or form a services contract. An engagement begins only when the parties agree to the relevant commercial terms. Scope, deliverables, fees, schedules, payment arrangements, revisions, support, confidentiality and ownership are governed by the written project agreement. That agreement takes precedence for the engagement if it differs from general website information.
Please provide accurate contact information and only share materials you have the right to disclose. An initial enquiry is not a substitute for a confidentiality agreement. Discuss confidentiality requirements with us before sending sensitive business information.
Portfolio content and ownership
Website design, original text and other 1XTECHS materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Client names, trademarks, photographs, product visuals and website screenshots remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Their appearance here identifies and illustrates portfolio work; it does not transfer rights to a visitor or imply an endorsement beyond the context expressly stated.
You may view this site for personal or internal business evaluation and share links to its pages. You may not republish project imagery, reproduce substantial portions of the site for commercial use, remove ownership notices or represent the work as your own without the relevant rights holder’s permission. Uses permitted by applicable law remain unaffected.
Case studies and results
Case studies describe the purpose, design and functionality of the featured websites. Live websites can change after a project or a portfolio review. Screenshots show the interface at the time captured, and product availability, prices, service information and business claims shown within them belong to the respective project businesses.
Qualitative project outcomes describe the delivered website experience. They are not promises of a particular level of sales, enquiries, rankings, revenue or other commercial performance. Any customer feedback reproduced in a case study is attributed in its stated context and should not be read as a review of 1XTECHS unless explicitly identified as such.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to send unlawful, deceptive or abusive material; impersonate someone; infringe another person’s rights; attempt unauthorised access; introduce malicious code; or interfere with the site’s availability or security. Automated access must not bypass access controls or place an unreasonable load on the service. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website or respond to misuse.

Links to project websites and other external resources are provided for context and convenience. Those services are operated independently. We do not control their ongoing content, availability, transactions or privacy practices. A purchase or booking made on a featured website is with the relevant business, under its terms, and is not a transaction with 1XTECHS.
