The context
Project overview
KLOUD offers water filtration and dispensing products for homes and commercial environments in the UAE. Visitors may understand where they need a system before they understand the product terminology. We designed and developed a website that introduces the brand, explains its solution range and gives the catalogue a practical browsing structure.
Project purpose
Help customers find the relevant type of filtration or dispensing system and move from a broad application to an individual product and shopping action.
Business needs addressed
- Present the brand without overwhelming visitors with technical terminology.
- Organise products by application and system category.
- Connect product imagery and pricing with catalogue and cart functionality.
The design challenge
What the experience needed to solve.
A whole-house filter, an under-sink purifier and a freestanding dispenser solve different needs. A catalogue organised only by product names would make those differences harder to understand. The design challenge was to introduce enough context for selection while retaining a clean, product-focused storefront.
Our solution
Design and development, together.
We connected a visual brand introduction with separate solutions and products destinations. The catalogue exposes both audience contexts and equipment categories, giving visitors more than one way to approach the range. Consistent product photography, names and price presentation create a repeatable structure across different kinds of systems.

Inside the website
Features with a purpose.
Application-led navigation
The products area identifies residential, workspace, hospitality, education, healthcare and fitness contexts, helping visitors orient themselves by intended use.
System categories
Categories distinguish countertop, under-sink, whole-house, freestanding, embedded and replacement-filter products.
Product catalogue
Product cards combine equipment imagery, descriptive names and AED pricing, with additional catalogue pages for the wider range.
Shopping interface
The storefront includes cart controls and product purchase pathways, supported by WooCommerce assets visible in the reviewed website.
User experience
A journey built around the audience.
The journey separates understanding the solution from selecting the product. That distinction gives less technical visitors an entry point while allowing someone who already knows the required system type to move directly into the catalogue.
Across screen sizes
A considered mobile experience.
The narrow layout places brand messaging and product information in a vertical flow. Product imagery remains central to recognition, while navigation and cart access are available from the compact header rather than relying on desktop-only hover behaviour.

Customer perspective on the client’s service
“We live in a high-rise in JLT and I was so tired of managing the big gallon bottle deliveries and finding space to store them. The KLOUD™ water filter completely solved that. It fits right under the sink and comes with different temperature settings. My husband uses the hot tap for his tea every morning and hasn’t touched the kettle in weeks.”
