The context
Project overview
Housinova’s website serves people exploring Dubai property across ready homes, new developments, commercial space and luxury listings. The experience extends beyond an inventory grid into areas, developers and practical resources. Our agency designed and developed that connected information and enquiry platform.
Project purpose
Give prospective buyers and property owners useful ways into the market, then connect their research to a relevant listing, development or conversation with the brokerage.
Business needs addressed
- Support different property search intentions through distinct navigation paths.
- Present listing information, location context and contact actions together.
- Connect the catalogue with area knowledge, developer information and owner services.
The design challenge
What the experience needed to solve.
Property search involves several overlapping decisions: location, property type, development stage and budget. Visitors also arrive with very different levels of local knowledge. The challenge was to make a broad inventory navigable while providing context for people who are still learning where and what to buy.
Our solution
Design and development, together.
We structured discovery around property categories, developments, areas and developers rather than relying on a single search screen. Repeated listing patterns place key information close to contact actions. Supporting guides and valuation content create additional entry points for visitors whose needs are not yet tied to a specific property.

Inside the website
Features with a purpose.
Multiple discovery routes
Buy, off-plan, commercial and luxury destinations separate distinct search intentions, with additional browsing by area and developer.
Project filters and sorting
The new-project interface includes property and status filters, while luxury listings expose sorting by recency and price.
Listing-to-contact actions
Property and project cards provide direct call, WhatsApp or email routes so a visitor can continue from a specific listing.
Owner and buyer resources
Property valuation, listing services and real estate guides address needs that sit around the core property search.
User experience
A journey built around the audience.
The site combines transactional discovery with editorial context. A visitor can begin with a location, a developer or a particular type of property, then use a consistent listing structure to compare the available options. Contact actions stay close to the information that prompted the enquiry.
Across screen sizes
A considered mobile experience.
On mobile, property cards follow a vertical reading order and the full navigation moves into a compact menu. Keeping imagery, key listing details and contact actions grouped is especially valuable when visitors move between research and a phone or messaging conversation.
