The context
Project overview
KMC connects international businesses with team-building and workspace services in the Philippines and Colombia. Its offer spans recruitment, employment administration, payroll, offices and employee support. We designed and developed a website that makes those connected services easier to understand as a coherent business proposition.
Project purpose
Help business decision-makers understand the operating model, explore relevant locations and services, and begin a conversation about their team requirements.
Business needs addressed
- Clarify the relationship between team services and workspace options.
- Explain a multi-stage hiring and employment model in accessible language.
- Support exploration by location, industry and business requirement.
The design challenge
What the experience needed to solve.
Employer of record services involve operational concepts that are not immediately familiar to every prospective client. The website also has to accommodate offices, recruitment and geographic differences. The central challenge was to present the whole offer without making the visitor assemble it from disconnected service descriptions.
Our solution
Design and development, together.
We used a layered information architecture: high-level business destinations, service-specific navigation and detailed explanatory sections. A step-by-step presentation makes the team-building process easier to follow. Location content adds context, while contact actions connect the explanation to an enquiry about a real hiring need.

Inside the website
Features with a purpose.
Distinct business destinations
Teams, Spaces and GCC navigation separates major areas of the business before visitors move into more detailed service content.
Service explanation
Recruitment, HR, payroll, compliance, workspace and employee support are presented as parts of the wider operating model.
Hiring journey
The website breaks team building into stages, from role alignment and talent selection to employment setup and ongoing support.
Location and client context
Philippines and Colombia content, FAQs and published client-story material help visitors evaluate the offering in relation to their own organisation.
User experience
A journey built around the audience.
The hierarchy is built for evaluation rather than impulse. Concise summaries let a visitor scan the offer first; deeper sections then explain responsibilities and next steps. This makes the site useful to decision-makers who need to understand a service before contacting a provider.
Across screen sizes
A considered mobile experience.
The desktop’s paired text and workplace imagery becomes a sequential mobile layout. Navigation condenses while service headings, process stages and enquiry actions remain prominent, supporting a longer research journey on smaller screens.
