The context
Project overview
Archetype Properties works across residential, commercial and retail development in Dubai. The website expresses a focus on practical design and material quality through a quiet, image-led presentation. We brought the brand and its project portfolio into a designed and developed digital experience.
Project purpose
Give visitors an immediate sense of the developer’s approach, then let them explore the portfolio and make contact about a particular project or opportunity.
Business needs addressed
- Translate an architectural identity into a consistent digital presentation.
- Organise completed and ongoing developments without overwhelming the main experience.
- Provide clear project, gallery and contact destinations.
The design challenge
What the experience needed to solve.
The key design problem was one of restraint. Architectural imagery needs room, yet the site still has to identify the developer, explain its work and make the next action clear. A visually minimal interface can become ambiguous unless hierarchy and navigation do enough practical work.
Our solution
Design and development, together.
We paired large architectural views with a compact navigation system and concise editorial sections. The portfolio provides a repeatable structure for developments with different locations and uses. A clear completed/ongoing distinction adds useful context, while enquiry actions remain recognisable across the brand and project layers.

Inside the website
Features with a purpose.
Project portfolio
The projects area introduces developments such as Majan Central, Harmony Point and Villa Sukoon, with individual detail pathways.
Project status navigation
All, completed and ongoing categories give visitors a straightforward way to understand the portfolio’s different stages.
Architectural gallery
A dedicated gallery destination complements the project-led content and supports a more visual exploration of the developer’s work.
Direct enquiries
Name, phone, email and message fields create a focused contact route without requiring visitors to navigate a separate account journey.
User experience
A journey built around the audience.
The interface gives imagery the first word, then uses short labels and deliberate spacing to guide movement. Its effectiveness depends on consistency: navigation, enquiry actions and project entry points remain easy to recognise against a changing architectural backdrop.
Across screen sizes
A considered mobile experience.
The mobile composition brings the architectural image and headline into a narrower frame, with navigation moved into a compact control. Portfolio content follows a vertical rhythm so that each development receives its own moment rather than competing in a compressed desktop grid.

The delivered result
Project outcome
The website provides a distinctive digital home for Archetype’s development work. Brand positioning, portfolio exploration and contact sit within a consistent presentation that reflects the visual language of the projects themselves.
Explore the project
Project visuals show the client’s website and published imagery. Product claims and customer feedback on those websites belong to the respective businesses.
